Paul Lynch - Head of Finance

Organic Sea Harvest welcomed Paul Lynch to the newly created role of Head of Finance in 2022, which comes with overall responsibility for the financials of OSH.

Paul has most recently worked in the timber industry as a Financial Controller, and has experience in the construction, aquaculture, and hotel sectors too.

Taking up the position with Organic Sea Harvest is a return to the aquaculture industry for Paul - who previously held the position of Head of Finance at Scottish Sea Farms - and we are excited to have his proven experience and expertise as part of the OSH team.

Robert John MacInnes - Community & Engagement

Robert combines his knowledge of working in port operations and the aquaculture industry with his experience in media and photography to create the content for the OSH social media pages, website and blog. He also manages applications to our 'Bho Mhuir gu Tir' community fund and will liaise with you during the application process, or answer your initial enquiry.

A key tool that Robert uses for capturing content at the sea sites is a camera drone. As a qualified operator, and a number of years of experience in the photography of boats, seas and coasts, he can often reach the sites remotely to capture content when sea swell conditions might not be suitable for hand held filming.

Louise Matheson - Technical Advisor

Louise joined Organic Sea Harvest before our first harvest in 2021 and has 25 years of experience in fish processing and technical/quality for retailers.

Louise's role covers a wide variety of different areas including health and safety, organic standard audits, traceability testing, supplier audits for customers, and arranging necessary training for our staff. This is for all aspects of the company - from our sea sites to our sales side.
