Paul Lynch - Head of Finance

Organic Sea Harvest are very pleased to welcome Paul Lynch to the newly created role of Head of Finance, which comes with overall responsibility for the financials of OSH.

Paul has most recently worked in the timber industry as a Financial Controller, and has experience in the construction, aquaculture, and hotel sectors too.

Taking up the position with Organic Sea Harvest is a return to the aquaculture industry for Paul - who previously held the position of Head of Finance at Scottish Sea Farms - and we are excited to have his proven experience and expertise as part of the OSH team.

Robert John MacInnes - Community & Engagement

Robert manages applications to our 'Bho Mhuir gu Tir' community fund and will liaise with you during the application process, or answer your initial enquiry.

Robert uses his experience working both in media and the aquaculture industry to create the content for the OSH social media pages, website and blog.
