Harvesting at Culnacnoc

When the smolts arrive from the dedicated hatchery near Gairloch, the growing salmon remain under our care for the full life cycle until they are ready to be harvested. The fillets and sides of organic salmon are then sent to customers all over the world - have you tasted it?

Harvesting is currently underway at our Culnacnoc site, so you may notice an increase in activity at this site on certain days over the coming weeks. Shout out to our sites teams who are working hard to accommodate these requirements.
